Training Portfolio

Facilitating in English, French, and Arabic, I help small food businesses turn uncertainty into readiness through tailored training on the Canadian food regulatory framework and Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) compliance.

Our programs include Foundation and Advanced SFCR for Small Businesses, Basic and Intermediate Food Hygiene, and a hands-on HACCP Workshop—all designed to go beyond compliance, building a true culture of food safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

We conduct applied microbiology research focused on product development, shelf-life studies, and resource-efficient technologies that support sustainable food production.

Our work explores water efficiency, food waste reduction, and circular food systems, including aquaponics, hydroponics, and vertical agriculture—tailored to urban and small-scale environments.

Our goal is to reduce food loss, strengthen supply chain resilience, and address urban vulnerabilities in food security and availability—helping individuals and communities transition toward a more sustainable, adaptive, and secure food future.
